1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the br99 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses it ("you", "user").

br99 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. In the event of any bilingual interpretation, the Bengali text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the br99 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. If you register with false or incomplete information, br99 reserves the right to close that account at any time.

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may verify your identity through a national ID card, passport, or other identity documents if we consider it necessary. Withdrawal services may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are strongly advised not to share this information with anyone else. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (more than six consecutive months) may be temporarily deactivated. In this case, please contact support to reactivate your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through support. br99 also reserves the right to close your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

br99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Funds sent through any other method will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

All transactions must be made from your own payment account. Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

We may request additional information to verify any suspicious transaction. Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is our obligation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires a 10x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets to be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Accurate information must be provided at the time of registration in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• br99 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
• br99 may cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Rules of Play

Each game on the br99 platform is governed by its own rules. You are advised to read the specific rules of each game before starting to play. In the event of any dispute over a game result, our server records shall be considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

br99 will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or a device problem. If a technical error occurs on the server side, we will make every effort to reach a fair resolution with you.

6.3 Sports Betting

Funds placed in the sports betting section will be held until the outcome of the event is confirmed. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally voided and funds returned, though different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the br99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, coordinated betting, or arbitrage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of your account, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.2 Self-Exclusion Request

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the br99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is protected under our intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using any element without permission is prohibited.

Third-party game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — hold their own intellectual property rights. These brand names are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, br99 shall not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or the failure of third-party services.
• Losses resulting from the user's own inadvertent disclosure of account credentials.
• Losses resulting from activities conducted by third parties outside the platform.
• Missed betting opportunities due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

Our maximum liability shall in no case exceed the balance in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

br99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes where possible. However, continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
